The Challenge
To ensure the platform catered to the needs of Lucem Clinic and its users, we conducted extensive user interviews with clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrators. This helped us identify pain points and understand the workflow and requirements of the clinic. Based on this research, we created user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to design a user-friendly and intuitive platform.
Process
We opted for a modern, scalable, and efficient technology stack to build the Lucem Clinic management platform. Next.js, a React framework, was chosen for the front-end development, providing a robust and interactive user interface. For the back-end, we utilized Nest.js, a TypeScript framework that ensured efficient code organization and scalability. MongoDB served as the database, offering flexibility and scalability for storing and managing patient data. GraphQL was implemented as the API layer, enabling efficient data fetching and customization.
